Paid for 2 tests, get result for none... i lost 2 plane tickets bcs if them...better to avoid
I had booked a PCR test and when I showed up there was already a queue of about 100 people who had booked the same slot... After waiting for over one hour in the cold, I managed to get inside, where there were 4 testing stations in a tiny room.
Booked a last minute flight and meant to fly out next day morning, did the home tests at 18:16 on Christmas Day, and was worried that the certificates will not arrive in time. Managed to find the whatsup number and asked about it. Unlike some companies who put a number there as deco, this company actually responded! And on a Christmas Day! Given me the certificates within 1 hour of the enquiry time. Super impressed and very touched by the fast service. Highly recommend!
I ordered 2 PCR tests urgent for a flight and got the result back in 2 hrs so saved my trip after another provider messed up. The team at the premises were fast and i pushed them to get my result fast....which is what i got! Thanks all at PCR Testing Soho!
