1st.) Doctor Coleman is a good doctor and very nice, but the staff is UNPROFESSIONAL, they don't answer the phones most of the times when it rings they just let it go to voicemail. 2nd.) if your appointment is at 9 am you might not be seen until 1pm. Or later ( its always a long wait time THEY NEED MORE DOCTORS). 3rd.) PCM keep rescheduling my appointments, I haven't seen Dr Patricia Coleman in going on a year now I am a epileptic, I have seizures and sometimes I need refills on my meds. I been trying to see dr. Great experience. Was new to the area a few years ago and refered to Dr. Coleman and she has been my physician ever since. I would recommend her.
1st.) I had a family member die because this doctor kept canceling her appointments... After sending her to the ER for a blood clot, Dr. Coleman cancelled every appointment she had after that for the next month ... Including the day before she died
