Dr. Coleman is absolutely amazing. She truly cares about her patience and provides the best care around. She is attentive and helpful. She is very up to date with everything going on in the medical field and it shows in her ability to properly diagnose her patients. The only true con to her practice is the fact that appointments quickly turn into 2.5 hours+ of a wait time. The wait time is incredibly unfortunate, but it’s worth it to see her. You just really have to set some time aside.

it's unfortunate that people complain about the wait times when they are actually the cause of the wait times. I've seen Dr. Coleman since 2006 and she's AMAZING and compassionate. So much so that she listens to everything her patients have to say during the visit even if it's just talking about their pets. This unfortunately causes others waiting to see her to get frustrated while they simultaneously (and selfishly) do the same thing. Until recently, I had great respect for Dr. Coleman. While most of my visits to PCM Medical lasted 2-4 hours, I was generally impressed with her quality of care and attention to detail. I was a patient of Patricia's for over two years. I was punctual to my appointments, I came informed and with questions, and I respected the general workflow and the inadequacies of her office relative to other practices (lack of equipment, etc.).
