Terrible customer service. Will not do business with them again.
HORRIBLE CUSTUMER SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This company was okay for installation took a long time but eventually got the work done. Next to impossible to get someone to show up for service/repair calls when you call the company calls are filtered and handed to anyone no one is able to give a straight answer when asked for appointment always an excuse as to why they can (eg) no installers available. cant get a holed of the installer waiting for installer to call them installer on vacation or has covid or both depending... read more
Don't buy any motorized blinds, CNM technologies are a terrible company. They aren't sure of their products and are very defective products.
Disreputable Company Calls are being filtered, Unable to speak to owner Steve. Currently in litigation, but they are dragging their feet. Deal with them at your own risk!
