Good management. Follows through. Spot issues yourself. Competitive pricing. Manager is good at resolving any issues you have. Their install team could be better. I had to call out several cabling issues (which were fixed); cables need to be kept off the shingles. Panels were installed where I asked without deviation. I did have to ask them to paint the mounts when they showed up with non-black mounts (which were a different type than the set expectations). Electrical work was done well. Excellent service always from Jay. He’s the most knowledgeable solar project manager I’ve ever met. The electricians are polite and efficient. I could not be happier with my experience. I’ll continue to recommend PCI Renewables to all my friend and family.
