Think twice before buying something this company has touched. Nothing but issues from the parkade doors, elevators, heating/ac.. Plaza one in King George Hub building is a complete disaster and to fix anything takes months.
Hired the worse contractors to work on their buildings on the corridor of Kootenay and Hastings. The construction company employees are verbally abusive, yelling at locals and damaging/removing the safety cones of our building. During partial road closures, the signs are poorly marked and causing massive congestion out of the Cassiar highway, and cars dodging traffic via driveways/back roads compromising pedestrian safety. Pls get in touch to get these issues highlighted and review reconsidered.

One of the biggest mistakes I ever made was buying a property with PCI-Developers. The condos are poorly built, we've been trying to get a hold of someone for 4 months because our AC hasn't worked since we moved in and they still haven't fixed it. This is a brand new condo and the ac/heating hasn't worked since day 1. Take your money somewhere else!
Quite disappointed with PCI. Unfortunately, they don’t stand behind their work and take no accountability or steps forward to repairing any damages.
