Not the best experience; I was emailed at 10pm on a Thursday that I had won an auction item and that it had to be picked up Friday 10a-4p. Less than 12 hours notice is not sufficient for item removal. They did hold it for me until a later date for but an additional fee. Was never able to get anyone on the phone to answer questions. They did answer via email eventually.
Item descriptions are not as detailed as they should be. I recently bought a pizza oven. It did not stay that it did not come with the pizza stones or if it was operational.
The most lazy employees, every time I wait more than one hour for a smal item, very careless staff they never care about ur items. Loading time they always damage stuffs.. very much disappointed
Maybe it was just a bad day for them but their system for getting you the things you bought could not handle the number of orders. I had to wait 1.5 hrs for three small things to be brought to me on a forklift. I could have easily picked them up and carried them out in 10 minutes. My experience was not unique. I talked to other people while I was waiting and everyone waited at a minimum one hour. They were putting things that weighed 5 pounds on a forklift and bringing them out one at a time. I purchased a Merry Chef oven from PCI Auctions in October for $4,054.88 plus shipping. The listing stated the unit was new and unused, but what I received was the complete opposite. The oven arrived poorly packaged in foam peanuts, which is completely inappropriate for commercial equipment.
