I bought a slicer fom their auction that was was descibed as "tested and working". It was also described as all parts included. It does not work and many critical parts are missing. This company is deceptive if not criminal in their advertising, non-responsive in customer service. I tried to follow up with outreach to this seller on the slicer and a dishwasher, but got no response. I would never buy from this seller again an would strongly reccomend avoiding PCI auctions. Iwould give 0 stars if allowed.
Horrifble seevice ! I give them so much money in fees avd they are super rude and outrageously slow . They often damage the products you buy in their handling of them . Avoid buying from this location if you can possibly help it . They are the worst ! I asked to remove this item from the broken palette so I could safely get it home and they said no , take it or leave it haha . Manager came by and said what's wrong with the palette ? I was like , 'uh it's broken and leaning and the straps are loose' you can't see that ?!?!
Never again will I buy with PCI Auction. They are dishonest and omit obvious flaws in their description and photos of items to be sold. Either due to total incompetence or surely willful deceit. I purchased an item at one of the "New Scratch n Dent" sales only to discover at the very first glance the item is completely unusable. PCI posted several close up photos of a minor dent on the back of an item but did not mention or show any photo of the smashed controller right on the very front! Have been using PCI through various businesses for over 10 years now both East Coast and NY/NJ locations. We have sold and purchased equipment to and from them and they have bought multiple large lots from us. Today will be my last purchase with PCI due to bizarre communication tactics from office staff.
