Very poor follow up Communication. You can’t make contact with the Doctor or his assistant, all you can do is call the front Receptionist and leave a message for them to call you and no one calls. The patient portal is evidently only for them posting your results because when you try to send a message, again no one responds. Very frustrating and disappointing.
I called out of work for the morning for an appointment I had at this practice and upon arrival they had forgotten my appointment and I could not stay to be able to be seen.
Inactivated me as a patient without notice (they told me they attempt contact beforehand, but no attempt was ever made). Told me I’ve “never been an active patient” but I have been for over 13 years. Apparently when they bought out PCHC all previous medical records meant nothing, although legally should be kept for 7 years so they’d better hope my records still exist somewhere. The absolute worst healthcare facility I’ve ever been too. This place is a total money making system that doesn’t do any favors to the patients that go here. I put in requests for referrals and have to wait 7 business days and still nothing. They don’t follow through with any patients aftercare and insulate themselves with a call center who has zero contact with the medical staff. How convenient to not handle a complaint.
