The main number takes you to a call center. I get messages from Seaport but they don't leave me a reason they're calling or a number to call back on. I have to use the call center and they're rude and won't give me a direct line to call. They will, however, transfer me to the wrong extension, which is answered by voicemail. My Dr. Is amazing though. The only saving grace.

Jenell Hazard is amazing. I would give her all the stars in the world. The same applies to Leitta Thomas and the Pharmacy team!! Unfortunately management has made what should be a community asset into a factory. Over working great providers, interfering with messages to your provider or just deleting before they are seen by them. To management: You are burning out great people. Perhaps you should review your reviews.

They have tons of patients and speaking of patients, have some patience. I can't imagine being one person carrying 1000 patients. Can you? There are some really lovely people there. In the past, I have changed my provider because we didn't see eye to eye. But I didn't make a big deal of it, I just asked to change providers. And I was able to see somebody much more in line with my thinking and care. Someone else might like that other doctor. Anyhow, the last thing we need is more infighting. Very poor follow up Communication. You can’t make contact with the Doctor or his assistant, all you can do is call the front Receptionist and leave a message for them to call you and no one calls. The patient portal is evidently only for them posting your results because when you try to send a message, again no one responds. Very frustrating and disappointing.
