We had PCH do our stairs about 10 months ago in RPV. They are already falling apart and one stair is completely broken and a hazard. Josh guaranteed his work for a year, but when we reached out to him this past week, he refused to fix it unless we paid for the work. Terrible business practice, customer service and product quality. We regret choosing this company and will have to have all this work redone at our own cost.
