I have been refilling with this company for years now ..his service is great .i have never heard any complain or error on his jobs ..he is very friendly and caring guy..
The service has gotten worse and worse over the years. First of all, they are NEVER punctual, the website says they open at 12:00pm, but a lot of times they don't show up until 12:30pm or even 1:00pm. When I left my cartridge with them and they told me to come back to collect it in 10 mins, sometimes there wouldn't be anyone in the shop at all. I understand if you need bathroom or lunch breaks, but at least leave a sign so that people don't spent 30 mins there just sitting and waiting in blindness. Second of all, they tried ... read more
