As someone who works in the industry, I truly appreciate Erica with her talent! She did a great job with my Permenant eyeliner. I absolutely love it!
I have had permanent eyeliner previously and it was beautiful. Then I had it done at PCE and it migrated. They said nothing could be done. Since then I learned it was not done properly. Permanent eyeliner must be done by someone who really knows how to do it and the pigment should not be applied too deep or it will migrate. They said it just happens on some people and that is not true. It’s all in the application.
I went in for an eyebrow tattoo touchup (recently moved here from St Louis) and I am thrilled with what Angie did! I had my brows made thicker and she raised the arch and darkened the color. Better than an eye lift....I love it!
