Says you guys are open till 5pm. i try to come in at 3:55pm and the door is locked and no one is here. Either update your business hours or actually get someone here working at the times you guys say you are open. Quite ridiculous
I called and talked to Natalie for quotes for my home and auto insurance. She was very patient and helpful and very quick getting back to me with her quotes. The prices were very reasonable too.
This review is being posted on behalf of someone who experienced unprofessional behavior from the business owner or someone affiliated with the business. He intentionally blocked their car in with his base-level Mercedes to intimidate them for mistakenly using the empty parking lot for 30 minutes — despite there being no signage indicating any restrictions. I would strongly advise avoiding this business as it was extremely concerning behavior and unprofessional.
Been using PCE to insure my business and business vehicles since I started in 2017. Their service is the best I've experienced. The entire team is great and I highly recommend using them!
