I was searching for a type 2 sound meter for personal use. I called with some questions about one of their products. Elias went above and beyond during my phone call with him; answering all of my product questions, offering future tech support, and helping me find the best product and deal. I had a really great customer service experience with PCE Instruments, and am grateful for Elias’ assistance.
I had a few issues with what I thought was their meter. Elias Gonzalez stayed on the phone with me and worked through all the issues come to find out. It was the way I was testing. He was helpful and personable. Highly recommend their meters and customer service.
