I cannot say enough great things about this office. I woke up with severe tooth pain and what turned out to be an abscess near my back molars. By the end of the day, I was extremely uncomfortable and trying to figure out what to do since the office was closed. I even called another dental office to see if they were open on Saturday. They were kind, but only suggested I call my dentist’s office and leave a message in case someone might get back to me. Absolutely awesome Dentist!! I am recommending Dr Bak to everyone I know! He only does what is needed! It is very hard to find a dentist like that in my opinion.
Love this dentist!!! Me and my family have been coming here for 20+ years. Dr Bak is so nice and they only will do treatments you really need and not be pushy with anything else. Phone staff when calling in are very nice and also love the hygienists and dental assistants. They are all great 😊! Flexible hours and no waiting weeks and weeks for help or evaluation when needed!
My visit was awesome! The dentist answered all of my questions regarding a future procedure for my tooth. He explained my options in clear terms. X-rays were taken of my tooth and he enlarged these to show me areas of concern. His friendly, professional manner clearly demonstrated that he loved his job and enjoyed helping his clients. The office staff was friendly and we even had conversations about their beautiful plants.
First time here…Everything was great! Hygenist Nikki was easy to talk with and explained some care tips that I needed to be more successful with my dental health as I age. Dr Bak was very sociable as well. Front desk was friendly, the entire staff answered all of my questions, and I do ask a lot of them sometimes.
