Ive been seeing doctor UDDIN for almost 10 years now. I am very blessed and grateful to have Dr. Faiz Uddin as my designated physician. I feel that I have received, centered care since being a part of this establishment. Great doctor and office staff!
Was referred here by a good friend. Dr. Uddin is probably among the best doctors that Radcliff has to offer. Moved here January of 2022 in the snow, did not know where to go or what doctor to choose and after coming here, Dr. Uddin will be my primary care physician because I have already tried two others in Radcliff. Amazing staff, Ms. Lynn is always so friendly and helpful. Dr. Uddin treats you like family. He is very thorough and knowledgeable! Definitely recommended!

UPDATED 3/06/22 It has been 4 years now that I have been a Patient of Dr. Uddin's. Not only a patient because Dr. Uddin and each and everyone of his staff makes me feel like family also .Since I first seen Dr. Uddin in 2018 to even now Dr. Uddin and his staff continue to welcome me as I come in the doors, greet me with a smile, and Dr Uddin has and still does a wonderful job in the care of my medical issues.
