I’ve been trying to resolve a billing issue with this office since September 19, 2025 and it still has not been addressed. I received bills for visits with Jasmine Wilson, who is in-network with my insurance. However, my insurance company shows the claims were submitted under Emily Jarosz, who is out-of-network. so many issues, but for today on 11/05/2025. one of my main issues is , I had a doctor appointment today. I told PCC to remove the primary insurance because I'm no longer married. They would not removed it and told me because it states activate in their system. so if you want Us to see you, we can see you, we have to bill hmo first, not the secondary insurance l. Worse doctors office ever !!! They always try to schedule you out 1 to 2 months away even if it’s urgent . Just like they shut down west lake hospital they should shut down the clinic as well the front desk ladys are no help at all at all. Changing my doctors as of today !!!!! Sad I’ve been with the same doctors for 10+
