I have been with this office for a number of years, at various locations, since Dr. Michele Libman was there. I really like the PA Sarah Meyer and have seen her for years. Most know how difficult it is to find a health care professional that you actually like and get good results with. My doctor, whom I really liked apparently moved from glades medical to this practice. after my script went unfilled with multiple messages to glades, i called and found she moved despite never notifying me by email, mail or any other way. She still looks active in the portal hence my surprise. ive been trying for a week to have an important and dangerous to abruptly stop heart medication refilled from PCC. Samantha Hamilton is the best. She is a physician that actually cares about me. She went the extra mile to call me and go over my blood work and see how I’m feeling . Thank you again !!!
The doctors here are truly excellent, caring, thorough, and professional. However, the front desk is extremely unresponsive. I’ve been calling for the past three weeks with no answer and no call back. It’s incredibly frustrating when you can’t reach anyone to ask a simple question or schedule an appointment. The lack of communication seriously impacts the overall experience.
