Clean location curious staff and happy patient.
I witnessed the way the office staff treated a patient, and I was honestly appalled. The interaction was completely unprofessional from start to finish. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, the staff were argumentative, dismissive, and seemed more interested in blaming the patient than finding a solution. The office staff and manager continue to insist that they are not listed as my primary care physician, even though they have been my primary care provider for OVER TWO YEARS. This office staff and especially the office manager. They give you conflicting information and refuse to see you stating that it’s your problem when the previous day your told your all set to be seen. The office manager is extremely rude! I have never seen anything as bad as this. The manager should be fired for her rude and unprofessional behavior.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of negligence, incompetence, and lack of communication from this office. Approximately three months ago, I was placed on a heart monitor and instructed to wear it 24 hours a day for two weeks. After faithfully completing the monitoring period, I returned the device and waited for my results.
