I love the opportunity to have a gym in Phelps but this feedback is for the owner or manager & needs to be addressed. Locking the thermostat so that on 80 degree days the a/c isn’t working in a room filled with body heat and wall to wall windows with no blinds and no fans is just not okay. There has been less staff lately and it is noticeable in how dusty the machines are. The gym is alright, there’s a lot of mismatching weights. Looks like they just went on eBay and bought any weights they could find. The guy at the counter that’s the personal trainer asks me and my two buddies literally every single day if we have memberships. We’ve been coming to this gym for 3 years now. How would we not have a membership. So now he makes us walk in all separately and scan in and it takes longer to just get in the gym. He does this every single day. What is his issue? I first started going here to the gym when I worked at pcc and when I left, five months later after my closer gym closed, I decided to go back and I'm glad I did. It's my zen, my happy place, the regulars are regular and the machines are never broken!
Great gym. Very clean and friendly staff. Lots of equipment and machines. Wish they had a couple regular bikes with larger seat. Music could be more neutral. Great facility!!!
