My car was in an accident that involved a total loss. I called PCC and Paul handled the tow and dealt with insurance for me. Even when insurance decided to lowball him out of what he was owed Paul passed none of that onto me. They had every right to charge me the (close to $700) difference and wanted nothing. My car was ultimately taken to a salvage lot by insurance so I did not get to work directly with PCC, but after seeing how they conduct business I'll absolutely be working with them in the future.
Brought our civic in with a little bit of a blemish to get figured out. The team at PCC got us back on the road in no time. Very thankful for the crew there. Great place, lots of cool stuff there at the shop!
Paul helped me out with some scratches in my GTR that a neighbors negligence caused. It was a quick job for him, but made sure I was 100% happy and was great to deal with. I will be back for sure.
