The service was friendly and the work was very high quality. The shop was prompt in getting my car back to me in a reasonable time frame. PCC even saved me some money along the way. Overall fantastic experience and I will definitely be returning for any future bodywork I need. Also a big shoutout to the good dogs who kept me company in the waiting room
Paul provided fast, high-quality service and offered me a generous cash discount since I was paying out of pocket. He was also flexible on the price of parts, allowing adjustments if OEM parts were found cheaper at certain dealerships. I also want to highlight an incident during the repair process when my gear was unexpectedly stuck in "Park." Paul went above and beyond by personally taking my car to the dealer. Paul and his team were very attentive throughout the whole process. He also ironed out issues I was having with my insurance carrier behind the scenes to streamline communication. PCC had my Sorento completed earlier than expected and did a beautiful paint match. Stay local, support local business if you can. Oh, and it doesn't hurt that they have furry friends to greet you when you come to the shop!
Had an emergency stop here after the underbelly cover of my vehicle began to fall off due to a road hazard. The team immediately explained the damage while providing a solution to get me back on the road, excellent service!
