Was just walking around with my cat in the parking lot of this building, no one else was around. Security guard comes out and says it's a no pet building and tells me to leave. It's literally just a parking lot??
The owner of unit 603, Jas Virgi is scamming newcomers to Canada by not paying them back their last month's rent, RENTING it out to various people in one unit, harassing them regularly by coming in unannounced, building fake walls within the condo illegally and bullying the renters by micromanaging everything they do in the condo. If the management can see this please take action as he has been doing it for more than 3 years without repercussions.
