I used them to file my small business taxes in 2019. The firm completely botched it and I'm getting letters from the IRS saying I owe the government more than 100% of my whole income for that year. When I approached PCAG, they assigned John to be my POA and speak to the IRS on my behalf. John completely dropped the ball and hasn't communicated with me in months, despite several attempts to contact him. Phenomenal company - I get my taxes done through them every year and they're super efficient, friendly, and professional. Would feel confident recommending to anyone.
I used this company for two years. The first year was great. The second year was like pulling teeth to get my taxes done both business and personal. I had to constantly follow up from March until July to get my Taxes done. When they finally did get done I basically had to cut checks for my quarterly taxes the next day. Wasn't a pleasant experience. They did take a little bit of money off my bill but won't be returning in the future or referring my clients here.

A lot of CPA's I've known wait until tax time to discuss changes for your next year's taxes.
