I enjoyed seeing Sharlotte In Person. She helped me understand several issues. She gave me a referral to a Surgeon since mine and staff are as slow as a snail and don't care a bit. It's been over a week and I doubt my surgeon has even seen my MRI. He might look at it when I show up for an appointment on Wednesday if he doesn't have a problem and have to cancel.
Felt cared for and everyone was pleasant and cheerful. Sharlotte is great, she listens to your questions, she is very supportive of your needs for a quality of life. Dr Campbell is so super nice, funny, cheerful and helpful. All the staff has been super nice.
