My experience and directions getting unloaded with paper rolls. Find open slot, park, walk into dorm with yellow sign that says entrance, ring blue buzzer on wall as directed by signage. Stand there for 10 minutes until a 3rd party worker tells you to just walk in. Walk in, up to window and stand there looking at shipping office employees through glass as they causal glance at you without any recognition. Checked in got door right away was loaded in about a hour.
No more indoor restroom for drivers. Port-a-john in below freezing temperatures. Multiple hours to unload a single trailer of rollstock. Drop your trailer, close the overhead door, chock your tires, put 2 stands under front of the trailer and take paperwork and seal to a clipboard hanging by the shipping office. When empty they open the overhead door and give you the bills. They expect you to shut the overhead door after you pull out, but the man door closest to the rollstock doors has been removed.
