I called first thing in the morning when they first opened app to see about files swapping my motherboard for me and I got there after work, and they said they did not have the equipment to do it. So I'm confused who I talk to in the morning. I guess I'll buy the $20 clamps to myself and do it by self. When they were going to charge me $95
