We got home and the TV was just to large for the space after setting it up we called and asked if we could return they said no then told us it was cost us a 25% return fee very disappointed in this place and they charged us $115 dollars for a surge protector

Our fridge has been broken for 2 weeks. We purchased it 2 months ago. Ofc, the first guy is just identifying the problem, didn’t do anything. Fine. The second tech, did not have the experience to install the compressor! Absolutely crazy that he would even come upstairs, I don’t understand that kind of mix up but okay whatever. He makes me an appointment for the next day. The tech never showed up. Not a text, not a phone call, nothing. I’m actually livid. This is absurd.
