I would give 0 stars if I could. This is one of the worst service providers I have ever dealt with. Moving forward I can assure you I will NEVER purchase another appliance from PC Richard's. This is my second dishwasher and I have had issues with the service department on both. (6 phone calls, 4 technicians) and still broken. My first appointment the technician was sick, the second appointment the technician came late, stayed 5 minutes, did not diagnose ANYTHING and was adament he knew what was wrong. Service Call for my Mattress. I purchased a Tempur-Pedic king-size mattress, and I deeply regret it. Despite the premium price and being told it was one of the best mattresses on the market with a strong warranty, it has developed severe sagging, weak support, collapsing sidewalls, and deep indentations. Both my wife and I now suffer from ongoing back pain, and the mattress is so unstable that our child has already fallen off once.
