We have bought appliances both on promotional 1 year 0% APR. One that expires next month and one that expires next year. We’ve been making payments over the minimum and they’ve been putting it towards the one that doesn’t have to be paid until next year. We didn’t realize until now. When we called we were told when we make a payment we have to call and tell them where to allocate the money. And they refused to change how they put the payment in because it’s past 60 days. We got home and the TV was just to large for the space after setting it up we called and asked if we could return they said no then told us it was cost us a 25% return fee very disappointed in this place and they charged us $115 dollars for a surge protector
