This is the second bad experience I’ve had scheduling a delivery with P.C. Richard & Son. I scheduled a washer/dryer delivery three weeks in advance to accommodate work in my home and received a confirmation call the day before. When the technicians first arrived, they refused to complete the delivery, claiming stairways, handrails, and doorways were obstacles—even though the same-size LG washer/dryer was delivered three months earlier with no issues. Was scheduled for service today 3/7 from 1015-215. Called at 150 to confirm and rep said service tech was there at 1:11 and got no answer at the door. What a lie!! My husband was there, checked the cameras and no one was there! Tech named Carlos is a liar and he did not call me to tell me he was on the way or that there was no answer! What a waste is a Saturday! He knew he didn’t have the part so he skipped us because i thought i would be helpful i told them what part was broken when i first made the call.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Will never work with this company again. I have requested for my stove to be repaired back in November (3 months ago!!!). I was told that there was a part that needed to be ordered to complete the repair. A month goes by, I call back to see what's going on and get the same exact excuse.
