I normally never leave reviews, but I feel obligated for this one , I went out of my way to make an anonymous account.. But the Service man will know who this is from , The service man name was Nicholas Noseworth and he came in smelling like marijuana In a house, I raised my children in 1 of them being asthmatic I tried calling nobody responds. I contacted corporate to wait 15 minutes and then be hung up on. This is unacceptable Replace this gentleman with a man that will do the job right

Not even remotely close to award winning service. I generally purchase my major appliances from P.C. Richard but this recent service repair for my 7 year old L.G. refrigerator has been unbelievably disappointing and ending on a horrendous note. It took over two weeks to have a technician to replace the defective compressor. After the initial visit took 4 days and another 2 days to obtain the part. Just waited 30 minutes for a phone call just for the agent to hang-up on me after asking me for a serial number for my A/C. She mumbled her name in the beginning of the call, proceeded to recite a completely different address than what I specifically told her, asked me for the A/C serial number and then hung up.

These people are the worst ,all standing around doing nothing but coffee clutching,no wonder they were empty at the west Babylon location ,nobody knows what they are doing and they all have attitudes,I’ll go to Best Buy ,much more friendly and knowledgeable
