This laptop repair shop rocks! I would like to commend the technical people here who put much effort to repair my laptop lcd.
I took my laptop in because it was running slow, couldn't get on the internet; thought I would have to buy a new one. They were able to remove viruses quickly, and they installed virus protection. Computer runs great, got it back quickly. I would definitely use them again for any future computer problems I may have.
We were moving our medical office from Pelham Al to a brand new building in Hoover. Mark from PC Rescue came to our old office looked over our existing network and phone system. He made economical suggestions in regard to our network and telephone needs. He gave us written quote and consulted us on the purchase of some new equipment we wanted. The guys at PC Rescue were Great!. I had two older laptops and i wanted my pictures and personal files moved from the old laptops to my new one. They were able to move all my files, setup my new laptop, install all my programs onto the new laptop and install great free security software. I got my laptop back within a few hours and i was off and running again. If you have computer issues you should definately talk to the folks at PC Rescue!
We hired PC Rescue to take care of some computer problems at our office. They did a great job with that and Mark asked me if he could give us a quote on a phone system that would save us on our phone bill. I said yes of course and he connected us with Momentum Hosted phone systems in Birmingham Al. The quote was significantly less and they were able save us about 40% every month. The install was quick and easy and we never missed a call. Both PC Rescue and Momentum did a great job and we would highly recomend them.
PC RESCUE ROCKS!!!! – I wouldn't use any other computer repair company in Birmingham! I had a deadline for my daughter's birthday. I needed a laptop for my ten year old, and not only did they build me a laptop, but they got it in PINK! They did it for me quickly, efficiently, and they put all the protection a mother could want for her child on the machine. She was truly happy with the laptop! The best part of the deal, was the price! The customer service was top notch and professional! Great company!
