Pathetic. Truly pathetic, incredibly poor customer service. And they still charged me an evaluation fee and for their time after I asked for my tv and money back. I will defiantly not be returning and encourage anyone reading this post to avoid this business. Also you will notice the viciousness in which they reply to any negative feedback, it is what can be expected in doing business with this company.
