I am SO impressed with the experience I had with PC Rental & Repair. John was completely professional and objective about the problem with my sons computer; he didnt try to blue sky me, nor did he paint a picture of impending doom. He performed a thorough evaluation of the problem, and presented me with the options. Excellent computer service. He knows what to do to get it working again, and can also help with upgrades and additional programs to fit your needs. It doesnt take long to get your computer back.
I showed up after closing with a laptop emergency, and John was nice enough to drive back, open up his office, and look at my computer. He had it fixed w/in 24 hours, which was wonderful because Im a student and my laptop is my life! Im incredibly grateful.
