Not the best service. Product not fixed correctly. People were seemingly nice, though. I need to save up more money to see if they can fix it next time if I return.
I took my tower to be diagnosed and possibly repaired. My son built the computer, but that should not matter. My understanding is that for a $95.00 fee the problem would be diagnosed and the customer would be informed on what is actually wrong with the computer. My experience with Kathy was quite different.
