I've been using Troy (and Laurie) since they have been in business, and certainly will continue. I've been in the music business since 1958 and depend on my computers to be up and working 24-7. I have a number of radio stations that depend on my input, and can't afford to have little if any down time. They go out of their way to fix my issues, as soon as I walk in he door. I have many choices of repair shop, but will go out of my way to use PC Plan-it.
