Not selling information would be a good start to improving. I'm no longer ordering from them.
Do not order from here! Do your research! We completely got ripped off! They market their products differently than what they are. A complete scam. They charged us $300 more than what we would've paid for the SAME THING at Best Buy by making it seem like it was different printer by using different photos and calling it something different than what it is. We placed the order 2 days ago and paid an extra $250 for over night shipping. A printer that should've costed $300 total (ink and all) cost us $700!!!!! And they will not ... read more
