They were able to fix my laptops charging port which got broken and needed to be replaced. I was told it would take a few days but it was ready the day after I dropped it off.
GV was an absolute savior when the cell phone had water damage and accommodated the repair inspite of the store closing soon. Very friendly and great customer service. Highly recommend and price for the service was very reasonable compared to buying a new phone.

Offered 750 on phone. When I came they said 500. My phone is 1300 brand new and ANY online buy-back website offers 850 easy. If anyone is planning to sell their phones here... DONT. Go and google "Sell my phone" and then enter the quota. Much better service and much better offer. They also try to sell same phone they offered 500 USD for, for 950-1050 USD. Absolute scam.
