Worst place to go to, I’ve been dealing with a situation preventing me from working and school, and have been waiting to speak to this dr, mind you in the past I’ve never spoken to the doctor only a nurse that acts like the doctor and does everything for the doctor. I have never seen the doctor here and all I need is to figure out what’s going on and to take care of my health they can’t even provide the bare necessity. This place is horrible. The people who work there don't know how to give customer service to their patients. Dr. Gold doesn't care about how his workers handle the patients. Front desk workers need to get training on how to handle their customers as well as how to talk to them. They keep patients on hold on the phone for so long. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Only NP doing her job.
Worse worse worse.. every time I call for an appointment it’s never in person just a phone appointment. All they ever ask for is blood test and it’s all they go by. Every time go get blood test!! Ughhh.. Also I suffer from Gout and get really bad Gout attacks. I called in and Dr only prescribed 2 pills as if that was sapose to treat me. Needless to say I was in super bad pain and they just did not care! Called 3 times same response. Horrible Dr. Stay away from this place. Hopefully they shut it down.
