Google should change their policies and allow us to add ZERO reviews. ABSOLUTELY the worst property "management" ever. I'd like to make them refer the meaning of "management" in the dictionary. No response to emails, calls, just money mouthed "management" team. The ladies there are rude and disrespectful. Please if you are not down to the level of homelessnes, don't rent from them. The landlord is dishonest & disrespectful, they only care about your money . Tenants get headaches to get the repairs fixed and mostly won't be done. Stairs and hallways cleaned only once each 3 months , they only give promises & answer you with lies. "BAD MANAGEMENT"
If your not renting from polonia park, You will be treated as a second class citizen. Very slow on any repairs, if it even gets done!!! Both are in same office at same desk but call both numbers and see what one gets answered whenever and what one gets answered every time. And also without attitude.. What a joke this slum lord company is..
