Whole Home Make over – I found the sales staff at PC Laptops to be very helpful, after multiple visits without purchasing anything. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out if the price difference could possibly be worth it. A "similar" machine at Best Buy seemed like the cheaper option. Superior Customer Service and Quality – I bought a laptop at the PC laptops in Layton Utah over 4 years ago while stationed at Hill AFB as an Air Force member. I've had not one glitch since...amazing for a laptop. Addtionally, when I've had questions or concerns, I've been able to call the store and get immediate tech support. Because I love you!! – I bought my first PC Laptop a year and half ago. I to put it simply…love a love a it! I bought from PC Laptops because I was so impressed with the warranty…its lifetime on parts and warranty!! I have had problems with viruses this past year and at first it scared me so I called PC Laptops right away and they told me not to worry just bring it in!! You can't beat them for service – PC Laptops is second to none in service. I have a computer that was not purchased at their store and I was having malware issues. Dan himself contacted me via Facebook to hook me up with his Layton office for a FREE virus scan. I was in a time crunch and couldn't be without my computer for long. Not only did they clean the computer up but had it ready in about 24 hours. 80 year old Laptop – I have an 8 year old PC laptop (in computer years it is 80) This computer has been the only computer that I have needed in that time. PC Laptops has done everything they can to keep my Laptop updated and running strong. And it still is running strong even after all the "oops" that I did to it when I was learning how to operate it. The PC Laptop guys never made me feel like a clown for pushing the wrong button. The service and equipment can not be beat!!!
