I am disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Tech by Mr. S. My husband is a former PC Knights customer, and he raved about the service they provided. We brought in my phone with a broken camera lens to which the gentleman replied, That's an easy fix. When we picked up the phone, the camera was blurrier than when we brought it in.
