Paul was very responsive. He knew exactly how to set the oil to air mixture just by sight. I even checked it with a smoke tester and it was dead on. No smoke at all. He said I could call him any time, day or night, if my furnace acted up again. It's been running perfectly since his visit. I had been having reset issues for over a year and now It has been running without issue. Thank you Paul.
I had a fantastic experience with PC Heating & Cooling! They came out to fix my heat pump and did a great job—quick, efficient, and very affordable. The technician was friendly and professional, and I really appreciated how timely they were. On top of that, they noticed a small leak in my toilet and fixed it for free while they were here! Above and beyond service. Highly recommend them!
Terrible. I got blown off for two appointments. Just didn’t show up and no return call. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Do not hire these guys.
