Mark was assigned to our property to do some work as a general contractor. We needed a ceiling patched and painted in the kitchen from a leak on the floor up above. He is unreliable and dishonest. He was supposed to give me a quote on a job but did not show up, and then lied about it.
I had Mark do some remodeling on my kitchen and he did a great job! Will hire him again when it's done ti ad on another bedroom.
