Always provides quick efficient support and has a great sense of humor.
Unfortunately, I can't speak to their technology expertise as I was never able to connect with anyone. My laptop died on a Saturday night. Sunday late morning I decided to send a text as to not bother anybody on the weekend. No response to the text. Waited until the afternoon to call, no answer, just voicemail. Left a message quickly describing the issue. Didn't really expect an answer on a Sunday but thought for sure I'd hear something first thing Monday morning.
