This was, without a doubt, the fastest I’ve ever had someone help me with a computer (or any repair, to be honest). I called him around 4:30pm on a Tuesday, explained my problem, dropped my son off at baseball, texted him that I was home… and he was here less than a half-hour later. He was very polite and sympathetic toward my computer issue. He exhausted every possible solution and was very thorough and very professional. I certainly appreciate his assistance (and patience) with a 22-year-old laptop! Highly recommend.

Adam was available immediately and very quickly resolved all the issues I was having with my laptop. He is not only professional but friendly. I really enjoyed working him and will call him with any additional issues I have with my laptop.

Adam is very knowledgeable and refuses to give up on a challenge. Had my issue that have been working on for 2 days fixed in an hour. His charges are more reasonable than bigger companies and I was happy with the bill and the service. Will definitely use again!

I can’t speak to their computer repair skills, but customer service is severely lacking. I called once, heard the line pick up, and no answer. The second time I called, someone answered and was terse, seemingly annoyed. After explaining my issue (bios update/cpu fan), they said they won’t perform any kind of “invasive” issue that “might make things worse.” I understood and was perfectly fine with the response, but when I asked for advice, I was told I “should just buy a new computer”—not something I wanted to hear after spen... read more
