alot of the reviees said they can repair well thats not true the guy who answered the phone he basically wanted me to buy a new computer said my old computer wasnt worth repairing

Great experience. Got the job taken care of fast.
All I needed was a power supply. $25 for a diagnostic not applied to repair. They called and confirmed the power supply had to be replaced and that it would be $49.99 to which I said ok. After they had my computer for 6 days they called to tell me it was ready. The charge was $113. I'm sure it was just a miscommunication but I thought the $49 was the total cost. Total cost to repair my computer for a simple power supply was $148.44 including taxes and six days without my computer. For that kind of money I feel like I should ... read more
