They cut every possible corner and their construction quality is terrible. Trust me…I build apartment complexes and now own a unit in one of their projects that has incredible failures at every level including the failure to deliver a unit with basic functioning utilities. They are way past their promised delivery dates on completion and their punch list post closing is less than 20% addressed after three months.
