Fantastic company. I am visually impaired and my computer is the only communication I have with the outside world. When the blue screen of death hit, I was frantic. Being unable to drive or read a phone book. Dave came to my house, picked up the computer and had it back quickly. Susan in the office kept in touch and her personality got me through the withdrawl period. I highly recommend them. They have a senior discount as well.
