Extremely terrible customer service from booking the service to picking up the car. No confirmation emails sent and very minimal communication. VIP voucher is a scam. Nowhere in the fine print does it say you can’t use multiple services at a time. Really disappointed considering the person who sold me the voucher was lovely.
PC Automotive were very helpful and accommodating when we needed our car fixed on a Sat. They spoke kindly to myself and my husband and went out of their way to fix our car on a very busy weekend. Very reasonable cost also. Thank you.
Super efficient, helpful, and affordable. I am NOT a car person (and have no idea about anything car-related) but trust this team to charge me appropriately! They ask your permission before doing any big jobs, provide photos of everything that needs work, and have a professional workshop (and messaging system). Could not recommend more 😊
I wish I could write a 5 Star review as my initial interactions were great. Took my car in, diagnosed an issue, turned out to be an incorrect diagnosis , charged me but failed to provide me or my warranty company with the needed assessment report despite chasing up 3 times!!
Very helpful, understanding and explain everything you need to know, super thorough too!!! they helped me out with no questions or hesitations... Patricia is AMAZING!!... Their workshop is big and clean... they have all the right tools and more importantly the knowledge!... Having car troubles is not a pleasant experience... I had car troubles for the second time within a few months both times i was able to call Patricia and Kosta... they had my car on the tow truck the same day...
