Nothing but a complete head case! Took 5 weeks to actually diagnose my car. I initially put my car in not running. I got a call from kosta stating he had found the issue and would fix it for me. Well he called me when completed I went in and my car wasn’t even running it was in worse condition than when it went in. It was bellowing smoke engine was rocking it certainly was not good. Thank you to Kosta for delivery a good service to my van, i appreciated the photos and folder with all details of work & tests completed. I also appreciated the gift on my windscreen mirror giving me back the new vehicle smell. I would certainly recommend you to other people for your work & honesty.

Extremely terrible customer service from booking the service to picking up the car. No confirmation emails sent and very minimal communication. VIP voucher is a scam. Nowhere in the fine print does it say you can’t use multiple services at a time. Really disappointed considering the person who sold me the voucher was lovely.

PC Automotive were very helpful and accommodating when we needed our car fixed on a Sat. They spoke kindly to myself and my husband and went out of their way to fix our car on a very busy weekend. Very reasonable cost also. Thank you.
