Just had my RV winterized. Chris was so great at explaining everything, showing me all that was done and showing me where everything is (I'm a new RV owner). He was very patient & answered all my questions. Taking it back end of March to have it de-winterized.
We’ve been getting our horse trailers and travel trailers serviced by PC Auto for years. I have an older model Airstream and really feel that Arlene (that’s her name) is in great hands.
Must read....WARNING... I went to PC Auto first week of Oct 2025 in good faith and paid my bill of $1196.00 in good faith of a job done. I had 2 windows that needed new silicone and 2 drippy roof vents on my rv. They put on a new lid on one roof vent and said they siliconed them both. A couple days later we had a rain and one vent leaked worse than before. I called up PC AUTO and asked for them to look at it again please. I booked in for my AC condenser and it was fixed quickly and correctly, never once did I feel like I was being upsold or misled.
