Very poor diagnostics skills. Ruined a potential sale of a travel trailer by condemning trailer as an insurance write off claiming an infestation of rats. No rats present in trailer and zero rat sign. One small mouse nest in hidden part of ductwork that was dealt with inside 10 minutes. Claimed trailer seals were damaged and only fixed with thousands of dollars of repairs. I cannot say enough about the great service and care the fellows at PC Auto in Duncan provide. We had an ‘emergency’ with our trailer jack on a Sunday. I called first thing Monday morning. As busy as they were, we were told to bring in the trailer in right away and the problem was corrected in less than a half hour. Happy campers here. Thank you Chris!
