I have been going to this Bank since 2008. The staff here at the Falcon Branch are top notch. They have been here most of the time that I have been. The level of care and personal touch is amazing. I would never go to another bank unless I moved, and even then I would figure out a way to stay connected to them.
Melissa from castle rock was amaizng and she was really helpful with f getting everything i needed figured out in order!
Couldn't give me my money from my account because I had to much money asked for 11,000. Takes the new lady 20 minutes to count 704 dollars .
