I had been shopping around for foundation repair services for months. Called JES,stable foundations, and others. These companies came out multiple times to give me free estimates, but never once addressed my primary concern. JES quoted me over $10,000 to encapsulate 1,100 square feet and never addressed my homes long floor spans. STAY AWAY. Great company and easy to work with. Provided a straight forward quote and were willing to answer my many questions. John took the time to answer my questions during the crawlspace work and explain how the drainage and encapsulation worked. Hats off to his crew. They are a hard working bunch and got the work done fast. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services in the future.
