Bought a 2013 jeep grand Cherokee through them at the end of March. I have yet to get it properly plated due to so many car issues. Overheated within the first 24hrs, air ride went out on it twice after they claimed to replace a part. Took it to a real certified mechanic just to hear that they installed the air compressor wrong. Between the poor communication that effected my work, quality of my car and their “mechanical expertise”, and other nightmares I’ve heard from their customers while being on their property for repair... read more
