As I was building a new house, I was forced to contract PBN Electrical to do some additional electrical work (rather than pay the exorbitant prices charged by the builder). Their initial quote for the additional work was outrageous ($7.5 k for the extra work - some downlights, ethernet cabling, TV points and powerpoints).
