We needed a bathroom faucet replaced and PBM did a great job. He has excellent communication and did the job perfectly. He also replaced a faulty toilet valve while he was here. His price was lower than an estimate we had from another company.
Geez, how does a business get all 5-stars? By doing a great job! Grant it, mine was not a large job, but an important one. Shortly before Taylor was to arrive, my daughter had an emergency medical issue. I called Taylor, asked for an additional ten, fifteen minutes, and without hesitation he said that was fine. When he arrived he presented himself as a professional, listened to what I wanted, explained what he would do, and quickly completed the job. Along with a fair price I could not ask for more
I contacted Taylor from PBM Plumbing to replace two shut off valves, remove a garbage disposal/reroute kitchen drains, and install a reverse osmosis water filtration system. He responded that same day and we scheduled a free estimate. Taylor showed up on time, clearly explained everything that needed to be done, and emailed me an estimate shortly thereafter. I worked under Taylor Minx for a number of years and the integrity and honesty he has always had. Any time anyone needs plumbing work done the words that are next are "I know a guy". Honest tradesmen are hard to come by nowadays, except when you "know a guy". PBM is your One stop shop for all your plumbing needs.
Taylor and his team did a great job installing a sump pump in my home. We were taking in an incredible amount of water and he came and did the job quickly and professionally. A job well done. I will them again.
