I strongly suggest calling before arriving. Just so there are no surprises. Enter from Grant Street, go around the Mill if not busy stage at east corner facing south. Call Security and stand by. No issues for me at thos pick up.
For me picking up here is always smooth. I always stay at the Springfield loves and try to be here as early as possible, make sure your trailer is clean.
THE MOST RUDEST PLACE I HAD TO PICK UP AT. HAD A APPOINTMENT BETWEEN 8-12 ON A SATURDAY AND GOT THERE AT 11 AM TO BE TOLD THEY WASNT GOING TO LOAD ME. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE SHIPPING MANAGERS NAME HE REFUSED BUT I GOT IT ANYWAYS. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!!
